The CUPE Professional Development (PD) fund is meant to assist employees to upgrade skills that enhance and/or advance their careers within the College as well as the provincial College system.
Each fiscal year, regular support staff employees are eligible for up to $3100 in PD funding. Term and Auxiliary support staff are also eligible for professional development – please refer to Article 18 of the Collective Agreement for the respective amounts.
